Whether itโ€™s Work or Personal challenges, it always surprises me how the act of deciding to tackle a problem, magically alleviates its impact.


Everytime I feel overwhelmed, I remind myself that it is only bothering me because I have chosen to ignore or avoid it.

This concept is so simple yet truly magical.


I am yet to come across a problem that I decided to tackle with relentless focus and couldnโ€™t smash it. And it is not just me. I havenโ€™t come across a single person who has done the same & couldnโ€™t get on top of their problem quickly.


The beauty is that you donโ€™t have to wait until after the problem is resolved to feel better. Knowing that you have decided to tackle it and started to focus on the solution itself gives a feeling of comfort.


Here is what I have seen work:


When feeling overwhelmed, pause and reflect on the problems that are causing that feeling. Questions if it is a real/genuine problem. If it is genuine and important, make the conscious decision to tackle it. When you do, solutions start to show up.
