Sorry to be blunt but despite many business owners knowing this conceptually, day in day out, we see messaging that lacks clear articulation of key-value proposition for customers. This is bound to impact the bottom line of the business.


So, here is something that might help. Interview your customers and partners to collate the true value proposition of your product or service. Make that messaging bold and clear. Organise it in an easy-to-follow format. Test it with some of your existing customers. Invest in making it compelling. It’s worth it!
