If there is a decision that you have been avoiding for some time, this post might help you move forward with it. Write down what’s bothering you and rate its impact on you on a scale of 10. If the impact is low to moderate, there may not be enough energy and potentially the need for making a decision. Put it in the not so important basket.

If the rating is high, list out everything that is stopping you from addressing it. If it’s lack of skills, experience or confidence, hire someone to help. If money is an issue, think of what you can offer someone else to invest. How can you make their investment safe and worthwhile. If the impact is high, you will find a way. You have in past.
